Bruce chats with the team at Truck Drivers Health who have come together to help truck drivers improve their health through mindset, nutrition, and exercise. The team consists of three experts led by Barry Pawelek a former truck driver that had a health issue causing him to refocus his life. The cause is also based from a 1995 custom Western Star that was sold due to the health scare and is now the grounding piece of the story.
