In this episode Bruce talks about the importance of not just trying to memorize processes like a vehicle inspection, but actually knowing what it is you are looking for. With new changes starting in July 2017 with Mandatory Entry Level Training this will become even more important for new drivers to learn the proper techniques and be able to execute them during tests and training.
